White Porcelain Kiku-wari [Individual Plate]

Transparent white that reminds us of the origins of Arita, where Japan's first white porcelain was fired. ``Kikuwari'' is a beautiful piece of white porcelain that is pleated and shaped like chrysanthemum petals, and is an extremely simple and elegant design. In China, chrysanthemums, along with plums, orchids, and bamboo, are called the "Four Gentlemen," and have long been considered symbols of nobility. It has also been widely used as a theme for Japanese tableware. It is an accommodating vessel that harmonizes with various patterns and different materials, and is suitable for both Japanese and Western styles, formality and everyday life. *The 7th image is posted as a reference for how it will look when stacked. It's not a 5-disc set. *Images 8 and 9 are posted for reference when stacking different sizes. *Images 10 and 11 are shown as images of table coordination.
